Coffee is great but considering my location is in Oregon the USPS took too long for delivery.

Hi Steve, Thanks for the feedback! Really glad you're enjoying the coffee. Sorry about the USPS delay getting it to Oregon. We roast to order and ship quickly on our end, but sometimes the carriers don't cooperate like we'd hope.

Ordered this coffee to help as my current Hazelnut coffee was giving me digestive issues. The low acid factor of this coffee is helping a lot; However, the hazelnut taste was not as bold as I was expecting. all in all the coffee is doing what I needed it to do and I am pleased

Thank you for the honest feedback! We're really glad the low-acid profile is working well for you. We also appreciate you mentioning the hazelnut flavor intensity. We're always working to dial in the perfect balance, and your input helps. Thanks for choosing Colipse Coffee!

Love the decaf espresso beans
Love the decaf espresso beans! Good that they come from a fair trade and sustainable source (and not from Brazil). Very tasty brew!

Lovely taste
Lovely taste and I can drink knowing there were no chemicals used for caffeine extraction. The flavor is mild and not very acidic.

Colipse service is above and beyond
Colipse handled my shipping address confusion promptly and showed much patience. After being returned by the mail carrier, the order was replaced immediately and got to me in 2 days. Colipse service is in my experience above and beyond. I am very impressed. PS: did not taste yet the coffee, and of course this is the litmus test, but if it matches their service, I am ready to be awed.

Different strokes for different folks
I know that everyone has different tastes in coffee. Some like stronger tasting coffees some like milder tasting coffees. I personally don’t like the burnt taste of Starbucks coffees but apparently a lot of people do. I purchased your Bali Blue coffee, which has the very slightest hint of chocolate and citrus, almost unrecognizable, and I probably wouldn’t have noticed it if I wasn’t looking for it because it was written on the bag. To me, this coffee has a nice coffee taste that wasn’t harsh or acidic, which is what I enjoy. I like trying and drinking different coffees and do often. So for me and my tastes, I would rate this coffee as a eight out of 10.
Brewed well in my big coffee urn!
Absolutely great half- caffeine coffee
Absolutely great half- caffeine coffee! Smooth and delicious 😋
What I was looking for!
I like the quality of this coffee. It’s a weaker taste than I’m used to so I go through more, but I feel much better using half caff.
Looking for a new brew.
I've been drinking Caribou coffee French roast for the last 20 years. I liked it but they stopped making it. I'm trying to find something I like as much and yours is among six or seven I'm trying. So far, your FR is my favorite. Other brands are in house but not tried yet.
