What the F ..I cancelled this product and it took another $202.00 AGAIN from my credit card.. I havent received a product and this company scammed me for more money..im going to get ahold of the proper fraud company to get my money back

Fraudulent company. Absolutely run. I emailed 6 times asking to cancel (I never signed up for a subscription but somehow they had me on one) and they just flat out wouldn’t respond until after they charged my card and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service and the product didn’t work.

My first shipment came quickly as the product does what it says on the tube! My appetite has reduced, im not craving sugar or binging anymore. My issue is the second shipment came and it looks nothing like the first. I have tried contacting the company via email however have had zero response. Unsure whether to take these capsules because I dont know why they look so different to my first lot.

The checkout process wasn’t clear and I’d say purposely confusing. Ultimately, I didn’t know what I had ordered, and sure enough, there was a problem with my order. I had to quickly contact customer support and beg to get the unwanted items from my order. Separately, when customer service “confirmed” my order, they provided incorrect information. I had to send screenshots of my order back to them; they then confirmed I was right. When my order finally arrived, it didn’t look like what I was expecting. Overall the ordering process was confusing and seems like they’re more interested in hooking you on a subscription where the price will multiply by who knows how many factors in the future. For what the company obviously spends on ads and influencers they could shift some of that to actually supporting their customers and designing a good user experience.
