I filed my tax return on 1/29/25. I have not received my federal refund. No one from column has reached out. No letters, no emails. It’s impossible to get a human being on the phone. Today is july 16 and the wedsite STILL says processing. Its been almost 6 months & nothing.

Intuitive Forms The forms Column Tax uses are convenient to fill out. There are a couple which are nested a bit deep, but overall a great experience filing taxes.

Worse tax service I've ever used. Didn't submit something correctly to the state. Then didn't even bother to get ahold of me to let me know they needed actual paper forms. 1/10. Would not recommend!
