Happy customer; The presenter was very knowledgeable and if did not know an answer checked and clarified it. Knew his stuff well quick to answer my questions which were few. I am well pleased with my policy choice!!

Waiting patiently
Unfortunately, to date I have not received any feedback, except for my rep. He helped me with filing the claim and has returned my calls when I leave a message. The claim was filed over three weeks ago with all documentation submitted. A cut and dry claim. It still isn’t showing a claim was filed on the website. I try to only check the website so as not to pester the agent. It gets a bit disheartening when you need the funds to pay medical bills and it doesn’t seem to be happening in a timely manner. We do like the coverage and currently have four policies.
