Dear Israel. We are sorry that your order to Mexico was not delivered as expected. We shipped your order correctly to Mexico using the address you provided for your order and it was disappointing that it was not delivered to you despite the efforts we went to. We are glad that we were able to take full responsibility for this and give you a complete refund even though it was not our fault and the circumstances was fully outside our control. We understand that some customers love to express their frustration about delivery on Trustpilot with one star reviews and we are truly sorry that you were not able to experience Conceive Plus products because of the delivery issue.
