I ordered the puzzle stencil and…
I ordered the puzzle stencil and cutter. Stencil was sent with an email saying the cutter would come later because they were having issues with you. The cutter never arrived and I emailed inquiring about when it would ship. I received a phone call from them stating that they could not get the cutter to print correctly and would be glad to send me a heart cutter or if I already one I could just use it. I told them that I did not want that because it would not look right. They asked if I would like a refund and I said yes. As of today no refund so I paid for something I did not ever receive. I will not order from them again.

Hi Teresa, We are very sorry about the issue with the cookie cutter. The Julia cutters have a fairly complex profile and we are having issues with this particular cutter. We are going to have to redesign so that it comes out consistently and for that we are sorry. We have refunded your money. We did recieve yoru request on Friday but it was late in the day of a weather event and was not actually implemented until Monday. I am sorry for the delay. Best Regards Jim
