I received my electronic proofs of the products I ordered within 10 minutes of placing it. The review, modifications and final submission of artwork for print was quick and smooth. The directions were easy to follow to complete the process.

I've written and selected photos for Annual Reports for decades. Previously, I'd worked with a designer that looked out for low-res images. Now that I WAS the designer, I struggled designing my first-ever Annual Report, looking back a year I wasn't there for. I snagged images from anywhere. I was just learning the library. And your approval process and how to use the website. I am so grateful for the notes from pre-production to guide me to find new photos, resize others, and such. Yesterday, I had a conversation with Richard Mahoney who talked me off the proverbial ledge and guided me to the final version. The pre-production staff were probably incredulous at my errors. Yet the notes they gave were invaluable. I know so much more and have learned so much that next year's annual report won't be nearly the nightmare for me that it was this year.

We first had a change in the order quantity due to a last-minute change from the customer, and then the customer had concerns about the colors on the proof. Richard in Customer Service was very responsive and helpful, and Joaquin in Prepress got the customer exactly what she wanted - and all with a pressing need to get this approved today!
