Ordered Timberland workbooks for my boyfriend for christmas. Shipping was fast and the boots were less than $100 which makes them the most affordable brand name boots I've ever purchased. He couldnt be happier with the comfortability and quality of the boot. 100% recommend this site. Customer service was helpful and friendly also.

Placing order no problem, however couple days later got email stating boots were at least month on backorder. Needed boots soon NOT a month or more. Back order was NOT mentioned anywhere during order process, only in email couple days after payment. Your company should know of any back order items and inform customers UPFRONT about back order. thanks
