Absolutely the worst experience ever!!
Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! Where do I even begin- I was in the program for over a year- 2 of my debts still not negotiated- and I have been contacted twice to get more money to payoff debts- the last increase they asked for was an additional $500! If I had an extra $500 I would not have needed their services!! I reached out to ask questions about fees and suspect looking descriptions like UMB fees earned! The debt is still there- nothing has been earned- I finally switched debt programs and I had a balance of 2,281 in my account - so I cancel my account and a week later all of the money is charged to fees- absolutely worst company- they do not know how to negotiate debt- they are “lawyers” and I even question that competency- also I am equal opportunity- but the people they have doing outreach -1) very heavy accents to where you can hardly understand them 2) not knowledgeable about the scripts they are reading off of- you ask a question and they repeat the last statement but louder- no that doesn’t work!

I was in a situation that was just… let’s called it bad between my health unexpected bills that showed up and the sudden loss of a dear friend. I was hospitalized, so I couldn’t reach out until today and was fortunate to have Mr. Steven Martinez answer always keep my obligations and was straight forward w him and it has really suck to say the least over the last 3-4 and talking Steven and him taking the time to help me out took a great burden of off my shoulders. When I really needed something good to happen. Thank you Steven it will not be forgotten!🙏🏻
