Horrible experience, item was not like described AT ALL. Quality of the item was really bad. They make it seem like they are US company, but they are from China. Like other reviews said, the customer service is not helpful at all. We paid for expedited shipping and we got it A MONTH LATER and the wait was not worth it at all. They offered 15% back but that doesn't even cover what we paid for expedited shipping!!!! We got scammed, the item was a lie and the shipping too. It's better to just throw money in the trash.
Ordered the super hero gift for Father’s Day weeks in advance. Received it almost 2 weeks after Father’s Day and received the wrong order with frame also being cracked. Asked them for a refund and they offered to remake it. I thought I’d give them another try but when I received the next one, 2 weeks later pieces had fallen off and were laying in the bottom on the frame. I asked for a full refund and they offered me 10% back. Not impressed at all, I asked for a full refund again. Will update review once I hear back from them about my FULL refund.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered the superhero Lego product for Father’s Day. Ordered 2 weeks before the holiday and paid for expedited shipping. Still received the product weeks late. Customer service is very slow to respond. Finally received the product & it was damaged. Customer service essentially responded sorry can’t help you, you can super glue it. Will never order from this company again.
