Updated 7/7/26: Received some very good correspondence from Coupert. I am increasing the star rating because of their professional handling of the situation and willingness to hear my concerns and are committed to making improvements with the user experience. *************** Currently I am rating Coupert at 2 stars because of the following: 1) the setup for this site is a bit more complicated than others; PLEASE READ the Regulations and rules by which Coupert determines whether to give you money back; 2) issues with the different way different store-fronts (vendors) implement their check-out process, you can easily NOT be qualified for a refund. If the vendor does not include ALL the information the Regulations require, you will likely be rejected; 3) in addition to point in #2 above, YOU are required to supply a screenshot of the purchase From the Vendor Checkout Screen At The Time of Checkout. You won't know if Coupert needs this until 3 weeks down the road when you have to question why they aren't honoring one of your purchases; 4) YOU are responsible for contacting them for anything in your Coupert dashboard that hasn't been paid in a reasonable amount of time. That's when the horrendous process of you trying to back-track to get the info they want. Overall, their processes are cumbersome, although many of them could be automated. The process: You sign up, you open Coupert and shop, find what you want and put it in a cart....from that point on take screenshots of everything you do because Coupert might randomly (possibly based on the dollar amount to refund??) just not refund if there is something they don't like. They start the "hard to get your money this way" process with you, which can take weeks and is definitely not guaranteed they will see your side to issue the refund. Only you can decide if the hassle is too much for you.

Sometimes this app can be an aggravating pop up but more often than not it SAVES MONEY! Dang thing not only gives coupons but also adds up nickels and dimes and gives real money refunds. Strange but true. WORTH IT.
