Auto-payment
I didn't like that I didn't know I was being charged $20 on autopay. I guess that mistake is on me. When I reached out to customer service, "Peter" was very helpful, responded very quickly, and was able to close my account and cancel the autopayment.

The agent was very good. She didn't waste my time with the irrelevant "niceties", but got down to business and took care of my problem. On another note, I strongly suggest you find a way OTHER than the last 8 of a credit card number to track a payment down. The first 8 of a credit card are unique to the bank, the last 8 are unique to a person. You are compromising a person's full credit card number by requiring that,if they happen to mention the name of their bank.
