Bought a PS5 Account, Got Banned Shortly After, No Recourse

Look, I'm all for a good challenge. But when that challenge involves getting banned from a game within three months for reasons unknown, well, let's just say the hilarity meter wasn't exactly registering. Here's the deal – I signed up with CriminalModz for an account. They slapped me with a rank so high it made a participation trophy look like the MVP award (seriously, rank 7962?). Apparently, this "achievement" made Rockstar flag me for a ban faster than you can say "game over." Now, I'm no pro gamer, but I also don't dabble in exploits or cheat codes. So, this ban left me feeling more confused than a koala who just woke up halfway through a eucalyptus bender and realized it was clinging to a disco ball. Instead of owning up to their, ahem, "flawed" system, Criminalz tried to sweet-talk me into their "complimentary" warranty program. This felt like trying to sell me a parachute after I'd already plummeted off a cliff wearing a blindfold. Things got even more interesting when I disputed the charge. Their response? Veiled threats of legal action. Talk about kicking a guy when he's down (and banned)! In all seriousness, folks, steer clear of this company and its services. Their service is about as reliable as a toddler with a controller, and their customer support is the emotional equivalent of a brick wall. There are plenty of other companies out there that won't get you banned before you can even say "pew pew." Do yourself a favor and avoid this frustrating experience.

Hello, The reasons are not unknown. We have covered the ban wave topic on our Discord server and X platform and we encouraged everyone to follow us there. I can assure you that you were not banned because of your high rank. You were banned just like everyone else in the gta community. This isn't specific to CriminalModz, this happened to all sellers. We didn't try to sweet talk you into anything. We've had 0 bans in the past 6 years so this took us by surprise as well. The bets we can do is to either issue a refund or send a replacement account so that you can continue playing again. Regarding the dispute, it was a breach of our TOS. All refunds should run through us and you should respect our terms of service. By running a chargeback instead of accepting our replacement account or requesting a refund from us you are making us pay fines. From my point of view you are the one kicking us when we're down. Again, this isn't just our company experiencing bans. All GTA websites are currently experiencing bans but we are at least taking action by issuing free replacements, by purchasing accounts out of our pocket. No there aren't any other companies that wouldn't get you banned in this scenario. If you bought anywhere else on the internet you would get banned the exact same way - only difference you wouldn't be receiving a free replacement. Update*The review refuses to reveal himself or his order to us and we have received 0 emails from him regarding such issue. Regards, CriminalModz

I have been banging !!!

I have been banging from rock star And my account is still new !! Its just a few days that I played!!! And I didn’t have all the a Outfits that you say in the same photo!!! I should have 18 as you say in the website but when I used it i just have 12 !! So I paying for nothing!! And i send emails and no one answers!!
