Our production company requires a constant turn around of high level equipment in a pinch. I had to cancel an order which included a delivery/pickup fee. The auto-generated cancellation email included the rental charge, but not the delivery fee. Minutes later, before I could finish an email to ask about the remainder, CSi called to let me know that the full refund was going back on my card & asking if everything was ok. I will definitely be renting from CSi for my next NYC shoot.
