At first I made an incorrect purchase and they were kind enough to allow me to place the order on hold as to allow to switch items before shipping. They responded quickly and ended up being hassle free on my end. The woofers arrived promptly and sound awesome.
The best audio company out there. If you ask me, CT Sounds is the next Rockford Fosgate, JL Audio, or Focal cause the technology is there, the quality is there and consistent. The customer service is not available by phone but it's a smaller company and those days lie ahead I believe. However it's great coverage they're very knowledgeable and personable. It's my favorite sound company out in the price range right now and I think if you give em a chance you're not gonna b disappointed. I know I never am. I have replaced all my door speakers and tweeters, added 6x9's, 2 amps, 2 12" subs and they all preform incredibly. I blow my family and friends away when they get in the car every time no kizzy. Very good shit! Thank CT Crew and keep doing what you do!
