Chloe, from customer service, was absolutely fabulous and not only offered me a free replacement set of nails, as the ones I purchased did not stand up to my daily routine, she also offered me two free sets of my choosing. I consider this going above and beyond what I expected and from what I’ve been offered by other nail companies. Excellent customer service and support from the fabulous Chloe…❤️

As a busy mom, it’s not always easy to find the time or money for little things that make me feel put together. Great Nails

Nails are very well made and really last. I'm able to find something to fit each finger. The glue can keep a set on for me for around 10 days! Customer service is top notch. They reply quickly and are very helpful. I’ll definitely be purchasing from curvlife again!

Excellent press ons. Love the glue tabs also. I recently had a problem with a set of nails and notified CS. They were so prompt and replaced the item for me. I’m forever a buyer of these nails!💕

I received an item that did. Ot look like the product photo nor description (product looked/said red and white but it was red and pink. I emailed customer service and they offered to send me a new product if equal value. They responded quickly and kindly. Will continue to use this product! Love the way they look and feel. High quality and lots of variety!

Great Product, Even Better Customer Service

I was hesitant to try press on nails, so I bought a few from different companies. The nails from Curvlife were beautiful, had a wide range of styles and stayed on longer with better wear than any of the others. I've actually had people I barely know stop to compliment me on my nails. Out of 10 different nail sets from Curvlife, I've only had one set that didn't last 12-14 days with the same gorgeous appearance. I received a survey about my purchase and answered honestly that I was a little disappointed in this set, but that I still loved the overall product. Within hours I had an email from customer support offering a replacement or a refund, my choice. I did not expect either to be honest. I had several email exchanges while I tried to decide if I wanted a direct replacement or something else. The customer service was amazing. Always responded within hours, always helpful, and always polite. This service experience just reinforces my happiness with this company and their product. Well worth the investment. BTW, I use the glue tabs, and my nails typically stay on 14-16 days, and I spend all day on a keyboard. I do wear gloves when washing dishes, but I don't have any other special care routines. My nails are in great shape with no damage. You can't go wrong with this company.

Good service, good product

Customer Service was friendly and helpful with my questions. The nails look very nice and not overly fake. I had a couple come off around day 10 because of a heavy cleaning project. Using the remover pen to get the rest off made it easy with no major damage to my nail.

Forever customer 🩷 On top of the fact everything works so well and simple, customer service is beyond an A+. There was a small issue with the address on my order..a new one was shipped right away. They added 2 extra nail sets for the hassle, definitely not expecting, but appreciated it by far AND they were picked out based off of my original order..same color, same length/style. There was thought put into it, not just grabbing whatever and throwing it in. THAT is what got me..caring, not pretending to care. 🥰

Don't purchase

I ordered quite a few pairs of nails because of the great reviews. However since receiving I've tried 3 different pairs, have followed the directions to a T, & have even tried using the self adhesive stickers, + glue provided, & guess what within hours or less I've had some completely just fall right off. So to say the least the reviews that I've read are clearly untrue beyond belief. I'm just frustrated bc from all the reviews I have seen it was a complete go to. They have some beautiful choices to choose from don't get me wrong.However the reviews have been nothing but a complete lie, & they dont stay on for shit. Impress nails w/ sticker adhesives r the way to go. So unfortunate !!!
