PROBLEM
PROBLEM: my international calls are usually very long; but connections are being dropped after 1 hour. I don't like that. PROBLEM: Frequently ( = not all the time) I am being asked for PIN #before setting up a connection. I want to get rid of that FOREVER. But Helpdesk is not able to do it for me.

Hi Wieslaw, Thank you for opening up the topic! Indeed, due to network-related parameters, a call will drop at a certain time after 1 or 2 hours. This depends on the provider of the phone number you call. Phone providers add these parameters to avoid customers from getting charged when they don't hang up on a call properly. Regarding the PIN, you can opt for the PINless Dialing feature, check it out in your account, and let us know if you need help activating it. I like to use Czesc Polska with app keep calling because is easy I don’t have put any codes but the conversation get disconnecting very often after few minutes and I have to call again .

Almost all good but be prepared for call interruptions.
Only 3 stars because my call was interrupted, and I could not continue by redialing the number I was calling. Eventually, I hanged up and dialed that number anew. The same was happening frequently in the past couple of years. But I like everything else about the service.

The website is unreadable. When I purchased Voice Credit, I couldn't figure out what to do next. I did not receive any response to my technical question from support.

The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers.
