I paid $Australian $43 for this item, unfortunately believing $A meant Australian but it turned out to be American dollars. The item does not take small lids off jars. I'm rather disappointed. Most of my food jars have small to medium lids.

Product as described. Shipped in a reasonable timeframe of 2- ish weeks. Good quality and workmanship. Would be nice to have a choice on the top. Bent over metal the current design. Or a hole with a ribbon for pages that are delicate and less sturdy. Would definitely buy again and as a gift!

Beware of buying from this company! I ordered a planner and a calendar for $64. Both arrived badly damaged. They had shipped the calendar folder in half! The spine of the calendar had fallen off and all the edges of the planner were bent. I took pictures of the items and immediately contacted the company. They offered me a replacement but only for one item. They asked me numerous times for pictures and I kept sending the same pictures. Then they offered me only $13 refund although I paid 64. I asked to return the items for a refund and showed them their policy online, which said that they were accept returns. They told me the shipping for the return would cost me more than the refund. They again reiterated that they would not pay me the full amount, even though both items were damaged. After going back-and-forth with them several times I decided to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. Very disappointed with this company! They poorly packed these items which resulted in damage and then refused to refund me for what I paid for these items.

I'm sorry I didn't read reviews on this site before I ordered from this company, Dailygote. I ordered a "Lighted Vintage Patchwork Ghost", supposed to be 25.6" tall and it arrived more like 4". Made of resin, not fuzzy textured as also described. The description, the online video and numerous photos showing it on the porch outside? Totally misrepresenting. I'm out $50. First they offered $6. When I asked for the $29.99 original price, they then offered $9. I'm done with their nonsense. They said it might cost me alot to try to return it. No kidding. Do not give this company business - they're con artists. Tough lesson learned.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Damaged Product My experience with this company has been disheartening to say the least. When my order arrived, the packaging was completely damaged and the product inside was extensively ruined. I reached out to customer service right away to request a proper replacement, expecting them to stand by the condition of their goods. Instead of resolving the issue or replacing the damaged item as requested, I was offered a meager four-dollar resolution, which I promptly declined. Since then, communication has gone completely silent with no further replies or contact from their team. I bought this product expecting it to arrive in acceptable, working order. Failing to deliver that—and then ignoring a customer who received damaged goods—is unacceptable. I highly recommend people stay away from this company and not waste their money, as they clearly do not stand behind their products or their customers.
