Dallas Maids has been providing their services for over a year and they are great at what they do. Once you are paired with someone, it tends to always be that person you know you can trust them. Nataly helps me and she is always on time, kind, and great at what she does. I work from home and I don’t even realize she’s there because I never have to worry about or discuss anything with her. I would recommend them for sure.
Thank you for this amazing review, Nataly is amazing and deserves all the praise!
The cleaning experience with Dallas Maids was phenomenal. They did 2 fabulous cleaning for me . My entire place was cleaned due to Cleaning for a Reason . As , I was ill in the hospital and came home to an extremely clean environment. The housekeeper Allenda was courteous and hard working in an organized manner . I’ll use Dallas Maids in the future for sure, and will recommend them to others .
MARY! You deserve so much more. We hope to help you again in the future. It has truly been our pleasure.
I recently had Dallas Maids clean my house in preparation for moving in. Nataly did a fantastic job! She cleaned the house from top to bottom and got it immaculately clean. I will definitely be using Dallas Maids and Nataly again. Great job, thanks!!

Very friendly, prompt service. Scheduling so easy with great communication from the office. We had an Apartment move-out cleaning and it was just like new after they finished! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Dallas Maids for several years, first in Dallas and now in Plano. The cleaner always does an excellent job. Every part of my home, from floors to appliances to bathroom, is sparkling afterwards. And the maid is friendly and personable. Also, the office staff does a good job of working with me on scheduling, etc.
Thank you for your for amazing review! We’re super-delighted to hear that you’re happy with our service and our cleaners. Your loyalty means the world to us and we look forward to serving you for many more years!
Dallas Maids did not disappoint. Am very pleased with the outcome of our first cleaning visit! Will definitely use their services again and request the same person to do the job.
Thank you Peggy! We love Icsela, too! She's been with us for 5 years and are deeply grateful to have such an amazing person like her in our team. We will add a link to make sure we send her each time. Thank you!
I was initially reluctant to call for housekeeping services but they really listened to my needs and concerns. It has been a very positive experience and I look forward to my scheduled appointments. Rosie’s finishing touches with towels and cushions are special.
Wow! Thank you for the review and for giving us the privilege of providing you bi-weekly cleaning services. Mary, you'll love Rosie. We get tons of positive feedback from our customers on her performance. And if you ever need anything else or have any concerns, never hesitate to call the Dallas Maids' office - we are here for you!
I thought with 1Br den, Lr & kitchen was a lot for $313.+ that’s not even my whole house. I’m sorry I won’t be using their service. The couple were nice and friendly. JKC
Janice, I fear you may have mistaken us for another maid service because you are not in our system nor would we charge that much for a 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen cleaning. Could you google the phone number you had called to schedule the cleaning so you can find the house cleaning service that did provide the services? And if this was not us, I gently request you remove this review <3
Our housekeeper was very professional, quick, and thorough. The house looked cleaner than a hotel stay and she was very respectful of our belongings. She also was good about asking us what tasks she wanted us to do, and how we wanted them done, but otherwise worked completely independently.
Thank you so much for your review Jeremy! We're so happy to have you with us for bi-weekly cleaning services. You'll love Maria, your housekeeper. She has had years of experience in professional home cleaning and is just an all around, sweet and amazing lady.
DALLAS MAIDS is awesome! Luz did a fantastic job of deep-cleaning and was not discouraged with any mess!😉 She is obviously experienced, competent and professional. Monse is a great Manager who sets the tone, listens well and has a calm demeanor. Employees get nice incentives for good reviews. I love it!!

gaddam it’s so clean in here. I scheduled on Saturday for a Monday 8:30-10:30 appointment arrival time. Cecilia (? spelling) arrived on time, cleaned the place spotless. I have a mattress on the ground as my bachelor pad matress, and it was made. a made bed… on the ground. freakin ridiculous. I’m scared to move in this house it’s so clean. so if you want your house to be ruined because it’s ridiculously clean, please use Dallas Maids. They’re worth every penny.
Thank you so much for sharing your Dallas Maids experience because we love, LOVE this review! We look forward to ruining your place once again with an outrageously thorough job cleaning B^)
Most all details were cleaned to my satisfaction but if I noticed a miss the cleaning woman was fast on it to make it right.
