Now after I was denied my $1000 cashout four times. I don't appreciate Dora Casino anymore! Two days after being denied so many time for $100 cashout.i was buying coins and playing Dara again. And I won $231.00 dara denied me my cash out on it three times. And I posted a picture of My virtual debit card ending in 0840 which is my Dave bank account's virtual card for online transactions & I sent Dara my Dave bank account bank statement, like they messaged me to do. On both denied redemptions. I used that card once to deposit to Dara. I offered to use a different bank debit card, choosing one of 6 different mainly used to deposit funds to my Dara account for playing. But who ever the person was supposedly helping me, Made me feel swindled! Because if I used all the other cards more, why couldn't I use one of them to redeem my wins. But Nooo! They were determined to ask me to provide info proof of ownership for a card I used once on Dara. Dara customer service was bent on asking for the information for the 0840 debit card which I did provide the Photoshop of my virtual debit card and my my bank statement from my Dave bank account which is linked to my debit card which is the virtual card on my days bank account information over and over she just kept denying me denying me denying and I had cashed out prior a year or so ago from Dora and it was too my debit card ending in 5678 at Central Bank of Ozarks. That bank account, I closed it more than a year go. I became so sooo angry from this

I was trying to get my account verified…

I was trying to get my account verified (according to them, to keep me safe). Everytime I tried signed on, I went through the verification steps, this resulted in my creating numerous accounts with the exact same credentials, email and password. I purchased the $50 package anyway. I played and won $200+. Meanwhile I was contacting customer service to get my account verified. To cash out my $200+, I need to be verified which I finally was after 20+ times trying. I signed in, and tried to redeem my winnings. I have to enter my phone number. The screen comes up with "this phone number belongs to a different account." It has been my phone number for over a decade! Back to customer service. You have created multiple accounts which is against our policy, so nope, you get nothing and we can't help. Scam? I think so. No reputable program would allow you to create multiple accounts with the exact same email and password and phone number. If not scammers, the worst programmers ever!!! Don't trust them!!!
