had a great experience working with David SW on my Batgirl purchase. Very Pleased, Highly Recommended
Was very pleased with my experience and my sales associate John. He was able to answer all of my questions, send me information I asked for and negotiated with me when I wanted to complete the transaction. Got the watch shipped out overnight even though it was late and followed up once I received it. He even set the proper time and date for me! Would definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to use Affirm made the ability to purchase my grail watch a relatively painless process financially and the selection was awesome. Another Flawless Experience—My Third Timepiece from DavidSW!
This is now the third watch I've purchased from DavidSW, and once again, the service has been exceptional. I was working with Chris Modeste, who was outstandingly patient and professional. When I changed my mind from the Yacht-Master to the Day-Date 40, Chris quickly confirmed all the details, including that the new watch had all its original links. Even when the first Day-Date I wanted sold right after I purchased, David and Krista quickly addressed it and made up for the mix-up. When I ran into a snag with the PayPal payment link, Chris immediately looked into it and arranged for a direct PayPal invoice from David to ensure the transaction went through. This level of personalized service, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving is why I keep coming back to DavidSW. Highly recommend! Damon

I visited the retail store in Orlando while on vacation. I was assisted by Yassine, who was not only very knowledgeable but friendly and welcoming. Very relaxed experience (not pushy). Yassine and I continued to text when I returned home from my vacation. Upon wiring the funds for my watch, Yassine promptly boxed and overnighted the watch. It arrived today in perfect condition. I highly recommend David SW!
