Donot fall for their free trail. They will deduct huge sum of money and they will not refund it. Don’t put any card information because they put you on auto subscriptions. Scammers

The 7-day trial stops working after 20 minutes, and then you ask for more money. It is extremely difficult to even find the option to unsubscribe. Everything is hidden in the main menu; you do not even have a Billing section, and your pricing is confusing and unclear. A 7-day trial is supposed to work for 7 days, not 20 minutes. I will never buy anything from you because I have absolutely no idea how much your service would actually cost me in the end. You are ripping people off and misleading them, and this experience will also be posted as a Google review — you can be sure of that. Your business practices are mafia-like.

SCAM. Hides their "subscription" you didn't agree to. Never emails an invoice; just charges you quietly, hoping you don't notice. Hides the cancellation menu. SCAM

I already have various AI services and wanted to see what types of video editing options davinci has for social media posts. None of the things they have apply to my needs. I tried it for their $2 offer. Then we had to evacuate because there are fires in our area (we live in Spokane Washington) and when I got around to checking on things, Ooops, the subscription billed me for $29.99. Of course as all good and reputable companies do, I figured DaVinci would give me the money back with no questions. Nope. “Ashley” who seems to the the only person answering the web emails and who never absolutely never responds back to a question as to why, just sent me their generic copy/paste here are our cancellation policies. Which were BS because it states something like “because it is a digital product we cannot give a refund if you’ve used any of your credits” - I have absolutely NOT used a single credit or generated anything because we were busy running away from a fire. I even took a screen shots that shows I have no creations. I feel that this should be made public that these people are drones and have no common sense. $30 for them could be a good review or it can be this one. Evil for not even caring we almost lost our house in a wildfire and stupid for not seeing I never even used one credit. Will never use out of principle. Do better davinci.
Easy to use. Lots of options. Price is good. Just wish we got more credits.
