I reserved a stay online made a$7 prepayment very misleading cause seem like it was a deposit but when I checked in the hotel had no record of the $7 I paid when I reached out to dayuse they said I paid a booking fee wasn't a deposit that was never mentioned on site poor representation u live n learn never again so why does some hotels have a booking fee n others dont a booking fee should be a standard then

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding from check-in, throughout our stay, right through to check-out. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The secure underground paid parking was a great bonus, as it meant we didn’t have to waste time searching for a parking space.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with air conditioning, fresh towels, and a hairdryer all provided.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Booked at the Doubletree Raleigh-Durham Airport, yesterday, July 26th. It was for 10am - 6pm. Get there, the hotel employee tells me they were all booked up so there's no room available. Then asked her manager if they have anything to do with Day Use.
The manager confirmed they did partner with Day Use and I did have a valid reservation and apologized that they didn't have a room available. This was at 10:10am. They said they were sold out.
Thankfully, the manager felt a bit bad for me, I politely stated "I would assume booking through Day Use would make that room not available for other's to book." I guess not. She told me to have a seat and they would do their best to have a room ready for me. Took just over an hour but they finally got me in.
It was only due to the good graces of the manager, who was wonderful that I got a room. In any other situation I can imagine it going like this "yep, we see you booked through Day Use, no rooms available so we're sorry."
Very dicey for me on whether I'd use them again. I mean, what's the point if I get to any hotel I booked and they tell me sorry, sold out, no room.

Easy Booking
It was very easy to book a hotel room and it is very inexpensive as Dayuse has deals for 8 hours at a hotel for under $100 before taxes.
Spent a pleasant few hours with an air conditioned room to ourselves! Was skeptical but it all went very smoothly, just walked up and mentioned the reservation. Legitimately impressed and happy with the experience.

This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. I booked an hotel (Holidav Inn) for 4 hours. First Davuse showed total cost is $129 with a bookind fee of $9. The $129 is to be paid at the hotel. I reserved. Then when I checked in, the hotel charged me $182 as they said, '1 can see vou have a reservation but you have to pay the regular 1 niaht charae'. I mentioned and showed the confirmation email and evervthing but they couldn't find any mention of paving any other rate or short time booking in their server. So I had paid the reqular fee for 1 night. Then after my stay, when I tried to complain Dayuse about this, I came to see they had written: there will be an extra $50 tax to be charged. Which thev never mentioned before booking

Booked hotel for day use in Paris with premise of free cancellation. As my plans changed and I didn't need the room anymore I came to cancel just to find out that there is 5euro admin charge which is not refundable. This information should have been VERY clearly stated when bookings are made, not when bookings are cancelled. As I am fed up of businesses hiding behind small print I am giving this site 1 star.
