Love the product - good quality and true to size. My only issue was that I started getting emails asking how I liked the product long before the product arrived. When I contacted customer service, my message was not acknowledged or replied to, but about a week later I did get my order. Better communication would be appreciated, but I love the message this company has on their merchandise.
We must find a way to pass the message on that we need to care for and help each other. I wore my sweatshirt for the first time to the Science Museum of Minnesota. A 10-year-old girl commented how she liked my sweatshirt and I was very pleased that someone so young recognized it. That same day my husband and I visited a relative at Regions Hospital. The check-in attendant commented on my sweatshirt also. She said I’ve seen a few of those around. They carry a very important message.
Yesterday I wore the crewneck sweatshirt when I went grocery shopping. Very soft and comfortable. It arrived pretty quickly and was packed well. I loved the message on the sweatshirt, as did another woman who gave me a big hug! (She did ask before she hugged me). I also love that dearpersonco.store gives part of my purchase money goes toward helping other people. That alone warms my heart too!
