Only place I get my decants. Have ordered multiple times from them and shipping is always fast and the juice is genuine. Prices can be a little pricey depending on what you’re looking at but I’ve never had a leaky or damaged shipment and the glass vials are a plus. Worth paying a little extra per ml for peace of mind.
The fragrances were great, but I had two issues. One the shipping cost if you don’t spend over $60 is high and the other is the spray bottles for the 1-3ml do not spray very well and can cause you to miss spray.
Hello Jeff, First, let me say that we appreciate the time taken to review our company and services whether good or bad. I would like to address your issues. We do offer free shipping provided you meet the minimum threshold. Why? Shipping is not free for us. The main driver, there is not enough profit for lower value orders to offset shipping costs. Another reason is shipping carriers are raising prices due to fuel charges increasing because of wars around the world. I am sure you know this already when visiting a gas pump. Small businesses cannot simply absorb these costs if we want to stay open. If you own a business then you should understand. As for our sprayers, yes, some of them are defective. We ship tens of thousands of these every month. And with mass production, there most certainly will be duds. Obviously we cannot test every single one and is unfortunate you had the displeasure of experiencing one of these. But there is a simple solution in this case. We offer free sprayer replacements! Maybe you were unaware? We wish you would have contacted us about your issues so you could experience our amazing customer service. Hopefully, your next experience with us will improve. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew
Decant House is consistently reliable, samples are always carefully packaged and well secured. Everything from order placement to actual delivery is on point every time. From my experience, they have the widest selection and the best prices. Don't get F'ed on blind buys, especially with the increasing prices of frags these days, test drive a decant sample first and make an informed decision.
As someone who loves trying new things, I easily get bored with routine—even when it comes to the fragrance I wear each day. Discovering Decant House has been a game-changer. It allows me to explore scents I’ve always been curious about without committing to a full-sized bottle or overspending. I appreciate being able to test a fragrance over several days to see how it truly blends with my body chemistry before making a purchase decision. Their premium vials provide generous amounts, unlike the tiny sampler sizes offered by many other companies. It’s a thoughtful, practical way to discover the perfect scent.
Delivered exactly what they promised. I've never bought cologne samples before and was concerned about them being bogus or poor quality. Happily the samples we purchased all came through true to form and in adorable tiny spray bottles. Thanks!
Came in a timely manner, and during the December holiday season no less. I was able to find a majority of the John Varvatos fragrances that I was looking for all in one place and for a reasonable price. Cheaper than from scentbird, with many more choices on sample size as well. I really appreciate that they all come in sprays because a scent isn’t fully expressed without being sprayed on. 10/10 recommendation for others to check out. Decant house will always be my first choice.
Great selection of scent decants. Well packaged and arrived accordingly with no missing or wrong items all leak free unlike other places Ive ordered from. Would order again for sure if I ever get out of my blind buying habit lol
