How the company can improve? The company can improve buy shutting down its buisiness... The shirt I ordered had a beautiful embroided look on their website, but that turned out to be bad quality printing on cheap fabric with cheap buttons, not matching the overall colour scheme. No label on washing instuctions. Fantastic AI generated pics on website, in retrospect impossible to replicate irl, atleast not at an affordable price. My shirt went into the bin the next day.

This company constantly sends out crap items that have no bearing to the photograph they are selling. DO NOT USE THEM, fortunatly I paid with paypal and got all my money back. I would not even give them 1 star

zero rating.. I bought 1 man and 1 woman shirt for $80 and its so trash that i cant even look at it. It no where close to even the photos advertised. These people are criminals and should be put behind bars.

Don’t buy the Women's Vintage Japanese Floral Casual T-shirt. It’s a scam!!! The top I received is nothing like the one in the photo advertised. There is no raised embroidery- just flat material.

Beautiful clothes for everyone
I had never heard of Deeove, the site popped up after I was searching for a boho soft shirt to wear with my jeans and couldn't find anything I liked. Boy am I glad it did. I found exactly what I wanted and more. The most beautiful clothes in gorgeous soft cotton. All colours and sizes. I was spoilt for choice. Took ages to decide. The site is easy to navigate and buy from. If you're young or old, big or small Deeove has something for everyone. Prices are really reasonable too. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

You are misleading customers! The clothes you advertise on your website look beautiful, but what you actually send are cheap plastic rags that have nothing in common with the products shown online.
Hello, On 25.05.2026, I sent you an email informing you that I needed to return the entire package. The reason is simple: what I received has absolutely nothing to do with the products presented on your website. Instead of the clothing shown in your advertisements, I received what can only be described as rags. I paid a very high price for these items, which I can hardly even call clothes. Your reply was that I should wait five days. To this day, I still do not know what exactly I was supposed to wait for. I have not received any return instructions, nor any information regarding how to send back the terrible products you delivered. You know very well what kind of poor-quality items you sent, and it appears that you continue to treat me with complete disregard. From 25.05.2026 until today, when I am writing to you again, 13 days have passed. What kind of customer service is this? Please provide immediate instructions on how to return the package and refund my money without further delay. You are effectively deceiving customers and taking their money under false pretenses. This is the first time in over 10 years of online shopping that I have felt completely misled. Instead of receiving the products displayed on your website, I received items that are not even suitable for dusting, despite being sold at an extremely high price. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. If not, I will file complaints with all relevant consumer protection authorities in both your country and mine. You should be ashamed of the misleading advertising, false representations, and disrespectful treatment of customers who work hard for their money. I await your immediate response.

Disappointing Experience
Firstly I would like to know why so many people have posted reviews and they haven't even received their product yet? Strange! I ordered two pairs of linen/cotton draw string pants. Firstly the colours were nothing like those shown on the website, secondly, the sizing is NOT accurate (almost like wearing a corset), thirdly, they are not a linen/cotton blend (no linen content) and finally the quality is terrible. Considering the cost for these items ($70+ after currency conversion) it has been a very disappointing experience, I can buy 100% linen locally for half the price they charge. I've submitted a request for a refund but await their reply. Will I be a repeat customer .... never. Update June 11th 2026 Have heard back from Deeove and they suggest I keep the merchanise and accept a 10% discount coupon, you can imagine my reply to them! They came back with another discount coupon offer of 30% ..... as if I would order anything from them again. I will donate the items to charity or take them to the garbage dump ... do not order anything from these people, it's just a money grab.

This company is a scam. Dont buy anything . The garments look nothing like the advertised pictures. For instance, intricate cable-knit sweaters or garments advertised as high-quality cotton/linen are often received as cheap, synthetic polyester with flat, low-quality printed designs.
