Stumbled upon Deltabase while searching…
Stumbled upon Deltabase while searching around for gunpla kits and contacted Dean on certain model but was unfortunately sold out. Dean then introduced me to Sheik Mainland and went above and beyond to explain about this range and so, decided to purchase a few for a try. Great build experience so far! Will definitely come back for more Sheik Mainland kits, it's definitely refreshing to try other kits other than the same brand. Thanks Dean!
International Shipping
I was one of the first wider international delivery customers, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My order came quickly, was expertly and safely packed, and communication was clear and easy. Will definitely be buying from deltabase again for hard to find kits!

Thanks for the 5 stars! When I was a customer, faulty parts could ruin my day — so now as a seller, I make sure my customers don’t have to go through the same.

Great place for high quality non-mainstream model kits
Prompt delivery, friendly seller, and boxes were in perfect condition. Sells an interesting range of model kits that you may not commonly find at your usual local stores, the Sheik Mainland kits look and feel really good. Will buy again

More need to know Deltabase
I think compared to most stores where I buy model kits, Deltabase has better rapport. It's not just select, buy, bye end if story. I can definitely appreciate the personal touch Dean has when communicating with us. He seems to be on top of everything and is transparent with any mishaps or delays. Service is definitely up there! Will definitely continue shopping at Deltabase and recommending my friends to it also. I sincerely hope it does well and gets bigger overtime. I only wish I discovered it sooner. When I post my builds, deltabase will definitely be tagged and mentioned. Hope I can spread the word as much as I can!

10/10 easy pick up!
Great communication and next-level packing
Was sitting on the fence about picking up a Chinese plamo (only have experience with Bandai). I was encouraged to take the plunge in large part because deltabase only stock kits that Dean himself wants to build and from manufacturers he trusts, i.e. all the kits are carefully curated. After placing a pre-order, Dean contacted me within hours to confirm the order and to give me a rough idea of when the kit would ship. He continued to provide periodic ETA updates, let me know when the kit was out for delivery and also message me to ensure the kit arrived safely. After I opened the shipping box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dean had taken great pains to bubble wrap the kit box in a special way (complete with plastic protectors for the 4 corners), so as to avoid putting sticky tape on the box itself, thereby negating the risk of any damage to the box when the bubble wrap is removed. The service from deltabase is superb. Highly recommended!
