I Have purchased front end parts For many vehicles . Always quality parts and only 1 time they were wrong . And they corrected very quickly . Parts look the same as the ones that cost 4 times the amount . And usually get parts in 2 days and don't have to leave the shop .

While they are sending me the correct rear rotor sizes b/c they sent me the incorrect ones, even after they were “Checked & Verified” by their sales employee prior to placing the order, I am the one out of a car, extra $$, etc. I wish it ended there, but no. In THE SAME ORDER, we ordered a 10 piece brake kit for our F150 and they sent 2 front RIGHT rotors, not a LEFT and RIGHT as they should have included in the kit. Now they have been installed by my mobile mechanic, and I will have to eat the cost of a new set for the front, even though they sent 2 RIGHT fronts in my order. They told me that if I could get a picture of the Sku# on the sides of the rotors showing that they are both RIGHTS they could do a refund and not charge a restock fee. Again, it was their mess-up. As I advised them already prior, they were installed already, so how in the heck do I access those #’s now? Seroiusly! PLUS, I have to pay my mechanic again. Either way, it’s really not worth the hassle, and if their quality control, customer service, and the way they stand behind their product continues to go this way, I don’t know how they will honestly stay in business. It's disappointing. This year, we have spent over 1,000.00 just on brakes and calipers with Detroit Axle for our vehicles, and these are the inconveniences you have to deal with. Oh yeah, I got hung up on 4 times, transferred 2 and I was never able to place the replacement for the F150 because the call got disconnected yet again. SPEND THE EXTRA $$ and buy from a company that will not give you this much hassle or make you spend more $$ with them because they know you have your main vehicle down and know you are in need! I just don’t know how they will stay in business, treating their mess-ups and customer service this way… Our 1st order with them in 2025 went perfect, so what the heck happened???

I'\n Ve purchased several parts from Detroit Axel and air parks are usually right and done the money. Shipping always sucks fed ex pulled in here yesterday and said well looks like they didn't load anything up like they were supposed to do now I got a truck on a lift I can't use till parts come stop shopping with fed ex they make you suck

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Detroit Axle Refused to Correct Their Mistake I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing parts from Detroit Axle. I ordered strut components for my all-wheel-drive vehicle, but Detroit Axle shipped parts intended for a rear-wheel-drive vehicle. The parts were completely incorrect, incompatible with my vehicle, and unusable. After contacting customer service, Detroit Axle acknowledged that they had sent the wrong parts. However, instead of taking responsibility and correcting the issue, they informed me that the correct parts were not available and would not be available anytime soon. Even worse, despite admitting their mistake, Detroit Axle refused to accept the incorrect parts back and refused to issue a refund. A company should stand behind its products and take responsibility when it sends a customer the wrong item. I did not order the incorrect parts, and I should not be left stuck with merchandise that cannot be used because of Detroit Axle’s own shipping error. I made every effort to resolve this directly with the company, but Detroit Axle failed to provide any reasonable solution. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to correct an obvious mistake have resulted in wasted time, frustration, and money spent on parts I never received in usable condition. I would caution other customers to be very careful when ordering from Detroit Axle. A company’s true customer service is shown when something goes wrong, and in this situation, Detroit Axle failed to make things right.
