I asked them to send me a comfortable car and paid for a vip price as my wife was leaving the hospital after surgery and we were travelling an hour away. But they sent me an old car very bumpy and terrible trip. They wanted to send a company owned car so they make more money instead of sending me the car I asked for.

Dial 7 is my go-to driving service
Dial 7 is my go-to driving service and I have used them dozens of times. They are prompt, confirm your reservation ahead of time, and are responsive should a delay (which rarely happens) occur. The driver I had recently was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job maneuvering through a huge rain storm.
