I had some errors on installation of MS Office 2024 over MS Office 2021, and the tech help was fast, effective and friendly. James was my contact, and was professional and courteous. Despite the best efforts of Microsoft to mess me up, he was able to plow through the mess and at least ensure that I had the proper program successfully installed, even if MS didn't want to admit it! This company stands by its product.

I installed Microsoft Office 2024 five months after purchase and the key issued did not work after the 30 day trial period ended. Opened a ticket with support and was provided a key within a day, that activated the product and made it functional. Good support.

Remarkable user support--fast, accurate, and personable. However, I'd think that some of that support could be built into the user documentation. I had trouble installing and activating both Windows 11 Pro and Office Pro 2024, but the capable--and did I say quick?--support resolved both without raising a sweat. The price was right, too.
