The problem you’re describing with your EA (Electronic Arts) account is an issue with the servers or with EA, the company that manages the F1 2025 online game. We are not EA, and we do not have access to their account system or servers, so it is completely impossible for us to help you with their platform. You must contact EA Technical Support directly to have your account restored. We have already asked Trustpilot to forward your review to the correct company.

Purchased 5+ games and, as of right now, I have never had a problem. They all work as advertised (tested before I wrote this review for better accuracy). Fast shipping and very quick to respond. So far, very good experience. And yes, I'm a human. And no, I didn't receive any incentives—review based in Europe.

The best service ever! I bought a Detroit: Become Human account, but it turned out to be the US version, which didn't include my language (German). I contacted customer support and asked if they could replace it with a version that includes German, and they immediately said yes! The support team was friendly, fast, and incredibly helpful. I can only recommend them. This was by far the best customer service I've ever experienced, and I'll definitely be buying more accounts from them in the future!
