The customer service was amazing! We had trouble with getting our graphics formatted properly. That was frustrating, but the staff was great at walking us through the process, reviewing the draft and revisions until everything was correct. The turnaround time once the graphics were right was about 3 dsays!

Logo placement was not vertically centered

I went back to my support team and tried to figure out what happened with your order. The artwork was submitted by your team, we sent the proof back to you, then it was approved by your team. While we do try to note if logos look offside, vertical logo placement is considered a stylistic choice. That being said, I spoke to the team and they are happy to help with a new table throw. You are more than welcome to pick up the conversation up with our support team at any time! Just reference this review and they'll know what to do. We want to make sure you're happy and feel like you are taken care of.
