Very expensive for the lack of service…
Very expensive for the lack of service and what is given and most of the attack on your bureaus are sent back saying they don't believe the letter is from you because it was sent from their mailing service
Worse than useless. Avoid this service!
Paid $49 a month for 11 months (plus $$ to the Sprint Mail Service) only for Dispute Beast to make my credit worse. After 6 attacks, they removed zero negative items. Instead, they deleted two of my positive accounts in good standing (a paid auto loan and a rental account). They also somehow caused a negative item that was only on one bureau to spread to all three. Complete waste of time and money.
The process was relatively easy
The process was relatively easy. The confusion came in about the letters. It says download all letters but it only gives the first letter. Also, the sprint mail is very confusing. I still don’t know if they’re mailing the letter to their respective company or are they being sent to me to mail.
