I ordered a few chroma caps that were not correct and they immediately shipped me out ones that were correct. They were correct for my sampler. They just had something wrong with them and wouldn’t fit correctly.
I love their USB drives. I just purchased my 3rd one 512g. My 1st order came with a faulty USB and they replied quickly and replaced it. I would recommend DJ Tech Tools.
I just ordered a few chroma cables and chroma caps. I have at least 50 chrome caps and five chroma cables that I had before I placed this order. Everything is still great, except the cables feel slightly flimsier than they used to. They work so I’m not complaining. I just find it strange that they seem a few millimeters slimmer than before. Quite possibly they have been redesigned, but I’m hoping for the better and not for the worse. I’ve literally checked them side-by-side and they just feel slightly different and seem a tiny bit thinner. I’m not referring to their audio cables (I do have some of their audio cables). I’m referring to their USB cables.
Hey there! I'm guessing you are referring to the USB-C to B cables, we switched manufacturing to the same factory that makes our USB-C to C cables for a consistent feel across the line. They passed a more rigorous test than the old C to B did when released so you don't have to worry about durability compromises =)
The Midi Twister Fighter is one of the best midi controllers I've ever owned. I love the editing software and how you can customized the color coding. The white dot LEDs that show the amount of midi being applied is so helpful. I love this thing!
