My knife came on time and was what i ordered. No problems.
Service was disasterous
Shipping was disasterous, which is not entirely on you - my item sat in Wisconsin for over a week, before it ever even left the state and then finally delivered 10 days later. I placed no blame on DLT, but wanted to let you know that I apprecaited you sent Priority Mail - but we both weren't getting the service you paid for. Your customer service basically told me I should be happy with what I got becuase it was Free shipping. Gee thanks - I'm glad I spent nearly $250 with you. Then the cherry on top - you shipped me a knife with a massive blemish on the blade. And left me with no recourse. It was an exclusive to your company, limited production and no more inventory left. I doubt I'll shop with you again.
