Amazing customer service.
Great products and service
Great product, honesty about a struggling manufacturer, quick solution to an order confusion and personal, efficient, friendly communication. I wish all companies operated like DLT. When an item was unexpectedly out of stock, we found a quick solution for a substitute and I received my order in almost no time at all.

DLT Trading - Among My Top 3 Knife Destinations
I’ve always liked DLT because they have a great selection of knives, the website is easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. Besides that, they have a good loyalty program that I’ve taken advantage of several times. Also, I want to give DLT a shout-out for taking the time and expense to make sure that the remaining Bark River knives are actually made from the steels that are stamped on the blades, and for removing the ones that were inaccurately marked.
