Hi Nicole, Thank you for using our services, for your recommendations and for taking the time to leave a review. Youry Tundidor - Owner Don Paella Catering
Hard to reach
I'm booking them for my wedding because of the prices and good reviews online but they were almost impossible to get a hold of! We had to send numerous emails and call every day for weeks until finally getting a response. It's almost like they don't want our business or just don't have enough employees to answer the phone and dedicate the time that is needed.

Superior Experience
I had the pleasure of engaging Don Paella Catering Corp. for a party at my home. Both the chef and assistants were excellent! They were very professional and courteous with me and my guests. They went around and inquired how they could further ensure we enjoyed their appetizers and food. I can't wait to hire them again!
Great Service!
Great Service and delicious food. I loved their food :-)
Don paella doesn't not care about customer satisfaction
Did not receive what I ordered - don paella would rather line their pockets with the money then to make a customer happy

Hello Manny, We do not like to see any unhappy customers. But in all honesty I think your review is not fair. You ordered a "Paella Real" and it states clearly in the description on our website and on the invoice that I sent you that it doesn't have chicken and/or sausage. Therefore that is what we served at your event. I offered to give you a $50.00 discount because you were not satisfied. We sincerely feel your frustration if your were expecting those ingredients but here is a copy of what the invoice and the website describes as the paella you ordered. ""PAELLA REAL - Seafood paella with shrimp, scallops, fish, calamari, clams, and lobster tails, garnished with roasted red bell peppers and green peas (The amount of lobster used in this paella is one halved tail for every guest."" We would love to make things your way and gain you back as a customer if you allows to do so. I will offer you a reasonable discount on your next purchase. Thank you for your feedback Youry Tundidor Owner
Beyond expectations.
Great great great Will do it again.
On schedule, professional service
This is the only Paella catering service that I can recommend. What they tell you you'll get is what you get; and then some. When they tell you when you'll get it, is when you get it. Not 10 minutes late or 20 minutes early. These are professional people who know how to cook and come with a bonus. They are warm, decent and personal human beings. Cant wait for the next one.
Excellent food and service
I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the food made our event unforgetable
Excellent!!!!
Excellent service, and food.
Affordable and Delicious!!
Dependable and on time! Would definitely recommend and hire again! Delicious paella!! Everyone raved about the food. If you're looking for something different for your event, this is it! Thanks Don Paella.
Professional, delicious and courteous from start to finish!
I had Don Paella cater and provide bartending services for a party at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, friendliness, the quality of the food, and overall the way they made sure that I felt at ease. And, we had lots of leftovers, which were a special treat for the week when we did not want to cook!
Amazing Food
Amazing Food! Everybody loved it!
Exceptional Quality
I have used Don Paella two times. Our first order was simply appetizers and finger foods. The meal was delivered on time and my guests loved it! Everyone was wanting more. Our second order was for a small gathering I was having at my home. I live in a condo so making the Paella here was impossible. They delivered it to me on time, fresh and it was decadent! My guests loved the meal and so did I for the next three days! Good prices, great food and I will do business again.
Amazing food!!! They catered my wedding
Highly recommended
Great food!!
Don Paella catered our wedding and did a great job!! Food was perfection!
Excellent!
Great presentation and delicious food. The rice was cooked just right and the chicken was moist. Tons of seafood in the paella. Great value for the price. The guests were pleased and still talk about how good everything was.
Wouldn't use anyone else!
Youry and his team are awesome. We try to book them every year for our annual company Holiday Party. We were so bummed when we found out they were booked already last year, and we were forced to use another company. I will just say there is a reason why we will always continue to try and put our order in early from now on. Our guests always rave about the quality of food! The best paella in miami!
A Christmas party to remember...
All of our 150 guests enjoyed the food, and the "prep and cooking" which added to the anticipation. From making the arrangements with office staff to the cook and service staff that was on site, things couldn't have been better. I can only think of one suggestion, the desserts... the flan and tres leches cakes were packaged, not homemade, which was terribly disappointing, and created a less then stellar finale to an otherwise great experience.
