Both the Dopamineo products and support staff have been great. I had a question about a product and received a follow up response very quickly. I've been able to use the resistance bands for one workout so far -- they are excellent. Very versatile and effective.

SO.. results? yes!!
SO... Ive had my bands 4 weeks now. I use them 6 days a week for about 15 minutes. Really good pump! Cardio is insane with these bands. I still feel worked out 2+ hours after finishing. I can't recommend Dopamineo bands enough. Not boring! Super fun because you quickly see the results you feel! My wife commented on how toned I'm starting to look. 15 minutes a day, are you kidding me?

Great addition to my routine
I stumbled on Dopamineo through Instagram, probably because I follow a good amount of wrestling news accounts. I'd been looking for a good way to work in some more multi-planar training to my routine and get back some of the dynamic movement that felt like I'd been missing. I ordered the blue Dopamineo kit based on my weight. I'm really happy with it so far. Good balance of resistance and mobility with a dose of cardio. I'm excited to keep integrating it into my training sessions and for traveling.

The band quality is amazing
The band quality is amazing. I can’t wait to try them out more but what I have done with them has been good. The only thing I would say is I wish that the proper instructions on how to anchor them either came with them or was on their website with all the exercise videos. And if it is there that it’s easier to find. But over all I’m super happy these bands are great

Just some random rubber in a bag for 100$ you can do the same with some cheaper bands at local Walmart - waste of money - great hype videos - I’m not seeing it
