Still waiting for transfer to finish, stuck on 99%. Hoping to hear back from Dr Fone as I have sent an email to help with complete the transfer. I have been told the two methods to send the log file however neither is working, what else can I try?

I was trying to copy Whatsapp from Android to IOS. My biggest mistake was I chose the wrong option. I chose "Transfer" rather than "Backup". If you do a backup from Android and then a restore to IOS it works. If you try the "simpler" option labelled Transfer then it deletes Whatsapp and your data! Read each screen a couple of times. Backup Backup before you start.

I am looking forward to downloading the app to use it for transferring my whatsapp contents from iphone to andriod. But in the previous review, someone mention about the data being wiped out and wondershare replied: It was stated as a warning. Now I'm very sceptical about paying the app to use it... Upon connecting 2 phones, there is a warning that the data will be wiped.. However, I want a transfer, not a wipe out!
