The car we were supposed to rent had not been returned yet so they put us in an smaller suv which was nicer and used the same price as the car. Overall both people who helped us in the office were very nice and also very professional and even referred me to an insurance place that they use. Thank you!

I highly recommend this car rental to everyone!!! When I tell you it was such a nice, quick, no hassle process. Usually when we are needing to rent a car it’s due to a possible accident, car trouble etc. or could be vacation. But for the stressful times, most car rental places can make it even more stressful. Not at Oscars, not even a little stressful. Will be renting again anytime I need to. I had worked with Sarah she was incredible. She gave me her card & had direct #. I had a flat on day 2 when I got up. No fault to the companies at all. A nail got stuck in it. Sarah herself & another employee picked up the car, fixed tire/replaced tire and dropped back off all within an hour. Mind you I’m about 20min from them. Even though my direct contact was with Sarah, when I walked in everyone was welcoming & friendly. I just can’t stress enough how stress free, kind & leading w/exceptional service they are!! One thing I would keep in mind, pls call before you drive to address that is online. It is in Menasha, not Appleton. Still very close. But online will take you to a field. No fault of company at all. That is an online issue. Otherwise you won’t be disappointed!!

It isn't possible to give negative stars or I would. This business is designed to foist wear and tear of a non rental fleet onto unsuspecting customers. They tried to get me to pay for chipped taillights that were already in bad shape when picked up. The employee we picked it up from was joking about getting drunk in a kiddie pool as we picked it up so we rushed out and shouldn't have been surprised they took this to mean we did a thorough inspection before leaving. The pick up was also way outside the normal location near an airport so everything ended up being a waste of effort. When working with corporate on what wouldn't be our responsibility they initially waived the charges in "good faith" that we were being unfairly charged for basic maintenance and were uncomfortable with the service. They had us talk with an executive who swore he has children and sympathized with the experience being enough to never return if they charged us on top of that. Then a year later they charged us anyway. Hope this keeps even one person from using this service in the future, I know I'll be telling anyone I meet to avoid it for life otherwise!
Overall a pretty good experience. The individuals at Eastside Auto Sales in Tomah were very helpful. Got the vehicle and no issues. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the online verification process. I don't like using biometrics to verify myself. I brought in the required items (insurance card, drivrrs license) but the computer program didn't like not having the information submitted to it. For some it's fine to use but some of us don't like it. Just made it harder on the individual renting us the vehicle. I appreciate the efforts.

Fast friendly and easy to do. Web experience gives good locations available and selecting a vehicle is easy. Only negative really isn't one if you know it in advance. Web site shows return times option, but returns are 9am period. Customer service was awesome!
