Great variety

I really enjoy the different sent profiles and the fact that my skin isn't all dried out right after I get out of the shower.

Poor packaging

I ordered 2 items, one being a body wash. The bottle had arrived opened, and had leaked absolutely everywhere, the box was absolutely destroyed and drenched, so was the roll-on that I had ordered. I have contacted their customer support, but have not had a reply yet.

Awesome products

Awesome products, and when purchased through a "subscription", pricing is great too. Shipping is faster than Amazon, but, Customer Service can be aggravating due to slow response times... but they ALWAYS take care of the Customer.

Customer service second to none.

First of all, the products are fantastic. Yeah they maybe a bit pricey, but in my opinion, worth every penny! I also had an issue with an order where the parcel was damaged in transit, resulting in 2 items going missing. The agent I was dealing with (Marc) was great. Dealt with the request quickly and efficiently. Meaning the missing items were replaced and sent out to me. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Keep up the good work.

I left you a long time ago

I left you a long time ago. I was a STEADFAST customer for some time. I talked about how great your products were, and I can say you gained a few Customers from that. Then I got a shampoo product with the bottle only 2/3 full and I reached out to your Customer Service email to give my feedback and to ask what to do. SILENCE. Then I bought your hand soap, to include the dispenser, you soon discontinued the product, and my dispenser was worthless and my money wasted. Your prices were already high, and I felt taken advantage of, and now I am done. I see your product in friggin' WALMART of all places. Nothing wrong with Walmart, I had to be in there to see, but I don't associate premium product with Walmart. In the end, you abandoned a loyal Customer (me), and went for selling to the masses. I don't take it personally, it's business. I just chose to take my business elsewhere.

Dr Squatch steps up subscriptions you may not know about

They signed me up for a subscription when I bought the items without a subscription. They charged my card again and when I asked them for a refund they denied me. Basically stating it was my fault that I didnt cancel the subscription that I had no idea existed. We have emailed them several times and they have only sent promotional emails back. 0/10 would not recommend buying through the website. If you like the products buy them through amazon or Walmart.

Always a great experience with them. The product is amazing and I enjoy using them. There has been some that just don't work for me but the company seems to be on top of complaints. I have only used their soap and deo for years now.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company - unnatural ingredients. They use a lot of marketing tactics to make their brand appear like it cares about using clean, natural ingredients. But their products are full of unnatural ingreidents such as " C1 77491" and "C1 77499" and "fragrance", and the list goes on. As soon as I opened both the fake soap and cologne I ordered I started getting a headache.
