Very inconsistent and not straightforward to work with. I initally called because they had good quotes online, while on the phone with them a completely diffent quote is given. After hanging up this is followed by a confirmation email that has an entirely different quote than the first and second. After trying to resolve this the same kept happening and new fees kept being added each time. Did not feel transparent at all.
Awesome experience. So quick, nice, and diligent crew! 10/10 would recommend.
Giga, Tengo, and Giorgi were an excellent team of movers. *Truck 149* They were quick, careful, efficient, and organized and helped me with everything I needed as well as unmounting items from walls as well. I would 100 percent use these movers again, as they made the process so simple and easy for me.
The two guys that helped move my stuff were great! They were quick and careful to not break anything. I honestly have no complaints.
They were friendly, efficient, and communicative. Happy with the service. Thanks Luis and Antonio truck #008.
Chino + Miguel are the best!! They arrived on time (even 10 min early!) and were ready to help make this move as smooth and as fun as it could be - which is not easy to do on a stressful day. They went above and beyond to make sure all my items were safe and protected and helped me pack everything into the van to get every last thing to fit. Highly recommend!
The staff and service provided were great. Very professional, reasonable rate, the 3 movers were wonderful. So efficient, professional and so polite. The job was done perfectly.,
My movers were extremely efficient and kind! Definitely will use dumbo again.
Excellent! The young men were amazing, polite and efficient. Always a great experience. Thank you!
Best movers I’ve ever hired. Very polite and efficient. I will definitely be using this company again!
Rati and his colleague were very helpful and professional.
Amazing movers, will definitely be using them again! My two movers were very kind and took great care of my items. They were exceptionally quick and the entire move was pain-free! Highly recommend. Best movers I’ve had in NYC.
Dumbo movers were amazing! They arrived 15 minutes early. I was moving from a 3 bed apartment with roommates to my own studio. The entire move was 35 minutes with only 2 guys. They were machines. Highly highly recommend.
I had a ton of anxiety about moving and they were so kind and helpful and never made me feel like I was doing something wrong/packed poorly. I will recommend them to everyone
The staff were so friendly and helpful And also quite fast I am so happy with them
Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could
Chino en Miguel Van #117 was super friendly, efficient with time and helpful. Highly recommend!
I had to schedule a move with short notice and was glad they were available and very quick to respond. Movers showed up exactly when my arrival window started and were very quick and careful handling my things. I appreciated the help disassembling and reassembling my bulky furniture like my bed frame and desk.
Chino and Miguel in Van #117 were absolutely terrific in helping us move to our new apartment. They arrived early, helped us move so quickly, and even arrived to our new place before us! Their service was impeccable and they rolled with all our bumps in the road. Thank you so much, Chino and Miguel!
I had a great experience with truck 46. They were efficient, professional, and careful. They made the move easier and more seamless than I could have anticipated!
