Typical Survey site that started off good but after cashing in your rewards they all of a sudden disqualify you from every survey. Terrible overall waste of time. Terrible overall site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating but are glad to see you've already cashed out your first reward – well done!
Survey sponsors are responsible for screening participants for each survey, and while we do our best to match members with surveys they are likely to qualify for, we are not made aware of every eligibility requirement in advance. If you also participate on other survey sites, it’s worth noting that many survey providers use overlapping survey pools, and attempting the same surveys across multiple platforms can increase your disqualification rate since sponsors generally only accept one response per person.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your account and see if there’s anything unusual affecting your survey experience. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and if you encounter any issues going forward, we’re always happy to help.

The whole verifying of identity is a very uncalled for process. You should just do a two step verification process and that should be it. I don't like your process AT ALL!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the identity verification process. We understand it can feel inconvenient, but these security checks are necessary to prevent fraud.
We do see that your verification was completed successfully, and congratulations on cashing out your first reward within just a few hours of joining Earn Haus – that's a great start!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Ebony. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a better experience. Survey sponsors conduct their own screening for every survey, and while we do our best to match members with surveys they qualify for, we’re not made aware of every eligibility requirement in advance. If you completed surveys and believe you were incorrectly disqualified or did not receive credit, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate and see what can be done. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Honestly, this website is exactly what InboxDollars and similar sites TRY to be. You're not going to be wasting time on surveys, most of the time if a survey wont pay you out, Earn Haus provides a small participation credit (not always but it shows they value your time). I've also noticed the surveys back you out faster than other platforms if you aren't the right fit.

That’s it, that’s my experience. Easy to use, continually updated. Also just received my first payout. I was expecting a bit of a wait. Maybe 24 hours. Not a big deal. Not even a half hour & it was in my PayPal account. Looking forward to using them in the future, and exploring what other money making options are available.
