The ease in applying for PreCheck was greatly appreciated. The site is laid out to make the process very fluid. Thank you ------------------------------------------ Wow! I was thoroughly surprised on 8/3/26 at my TSA Pre-Check appointment with IDEMIA (Delaware) that I had to pay $76.75 for their process, including fingerprinting. You charged me $94.95, then an additional $89.99 before you gave me an appointment slot for the 3rd of August. The technician at IDEMIA said what you did was fraudulent and he receives daily complaints about your scheme. I paid $261.69 in total. That's $184.94 over and above what the service should have cost. I am definitely expecting you to honor the law and refund all the money you swindled from me. Waiting, Quintin

I´m not great with online forms, so I was worried I might miss something during the TSA Precheck process. The instructions were simple, the steps were easy to follow, and I knew what documents to prepare to my appointment. It made the whole experience feel much less stressful.
