Angelique was very helpful in the transition to another United Health Care plan for my sister. We had to do this as my sister didn’t have any more rides on her current plan for us to use when arranging for medical transportation to her doctor appointments. The agent was polite, easy to understand and was very respectful. She is someone who is doing her job very well. It’s hard to get someone who really explains each item in detail and gets you what you qualify for.
