I gave a five star rating regarding all the help and knowledge that the lady I was speaking to spent every minute explaining this plan to me. She was very nice and calm. She never once treated me like I didn’t matter. Being older and retired, insurance is not anything that I’m knowledgeable about! I am very happy that she took her time with me and I feel very good about my experience with her, regarding insurance!

I woke w panic to find out my insurance had changed and i wasn't covered. I called & Brittany Jones immediately took control getting me the best insurance she could find that would cover my needs & 18 meds I needed just to funtion living. It took awhile on the phone but she was extremely patient. Give em a call they honestly try everything
