Good product

Good product, nothing exact in the UK. Expected to receive it few weeks earlier, but the product is made to order so it is not readily available to ship. You are buying from China, so expect delivery cost and duty to pay. However the product is great and customer service is excellent. I was in touch with customer service throughout and they are very useful and keeps you up to date. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Expensive Statues Arrived In Good Order

Ordered some statues from them. I knew I would have to pay up for shipping, but I ended up paying quite a lot extra for shipping. When the items arrived, I can see why I had to pay much more. The items were packed very well with wood crating all around it to protect the merchandise. For those that say this site is a scam, I agree that the added shipping costs are a shock, but this is the third time I have ordered from them and every time, the items arrived in perfect condition with much care being given to shipping the item. This last shipment had a broken part and I was immediately told of this and they ordered the part from the factory for me. It took a while to get here, but the new part was packed very well with much care and now my order is complete. It is expensive to order larger items from China and have it shipped to the US. My three experiences with them have been good with good customer service from Wing, Henry and Cherry.

Pleasant surprise

I was actually very happy with everything involving my (albeit small) purchase from them. It arrived in the expected time, if you know how mail from China works. The customer service responded very fast, pleasantly and helpfully to emails, and the product (silk thread) is exactly as described with beautiful shades, as depicted. Fortunately, since it was a small purchase, I didn't bother to check reviews, until after the fact. I probably wouldn't have bought it otherwise, so glad I didn't. No additional shipping charges either. But again, it was a very small and light package.

Ebuy7.com is a total scam despite all review thru internet I decided to order 11 items from this site. After one week of ordering i received an email that they need total of $70 to ship my items via Fedex which since i needed my items I decided to pay the shipping fee. After one more week waiting for my items I reached out to this company and I stated that where is my items and they replied that the items has been shipped but they refused to gave me the tracking number so I decided to file a dispute and still waiting for my refund. If you want to waste your money and time then go ahead and order from this website.

I’ve been shopping with ebuy7.com since 2019. They have the most updated product that other site doesn’t carry. I bought the 3D cake mold from them 4 times and the quality are fantastic. Great customer service and fast shipping.
