Great experience recently working with EC Council support team, specifically Shiva - the Lead Customer Experience person. He lived up to his title. Not only did he patiently heard (read) my problem, he went out of his way to ensure it is resolved. And he did it within 24 hours or so! It's refreshing to see such customer service in today's world. And I say that with the backing of last 22 yrs that I have spent in support industry, seeing customer service especially in India, get from mediocre to worst! Except for a few names like American Express for example, I have never come across good customer service experience from India-based customer service teams. So this was really nice!
