Useful.. on time
Great value and customer service is excellent
My orders are always processed and shipped if not the same day the very next day. Shipping times are fast and product always arrives in great condition. I love that they have buy one get one sales regularly and keep prices competitive. Very happy with my experience with ECig!
Missing vapes in order
Usually I don't have a problem with an order. For my most recent order, I received only half of what I ordered. I talked to the friendly customer service chat and they said they'd send the rest. I waited 5 days and asked for an update because I didn't get an email about the shipment or refund. When I did receive the rest, it was still short 1 vape. I don't know if trying to use loyalty points threw them off with the small discount. It doesn't say much for their loyalty point system and their package protection.
