one of my orders was missing one vape from what I ordered, and I took a picture and without questions they took care of it rite away! and I truly appreciate it! I tired a different vape website and made an order, they told me it was shipped and 8 days later I emailed them and told it was never shipped so they lied to me! I'll never not use ecigmafia.com again there shipping is on time and they do what they say they will do! no if ands or buts!

Better e-juice and smooth process

My order comes quickly after making the order. I buy my e-juice through these guy. Because the juice that I vape is suppose to be clear. Every time I tire to buy it at the smoke shops. The e-juice is Yellowish when I check it. Because it is old or not stored properly. When that happens it affects the taste of the e-juice. Every time I have got it from these guys. Its been nice and clear, like it suppose to be. So at this point I just stopped trying to get at the vape shops. It's the same price as if I bought it at the vape shop after paying shipping. But, better quality e-juice.

Ecigmafia is absolutely terrible!!!!

I've ordered from these guysd twice. Their website says most orders ship within 24 hours. Neither of my 2 orders shipped within 24 hours. As a matter of fact, its Monday and I'm still waiting for my order from Thursday to ship. All they've done is print a shipping label. The first order I placed, they sent me nicotine salts that were a year old and tasted like hotdog water. Its been a 1-star experience with both orders. I even wanted to add another kit to my order, so I messaged their chat support. They said it was too late and that my order was supposed to ship in just a few hours. That was Friday and its Monday and my order STILL hasnt shipped. All they have done in the 5 days since i placed my order is print a shipping label...thats all. Nightmare experience both time. That is my last order with them. I'd rather pay more and get professional service than to save a dollar or two and order from ecigmafia, where they take their good ol' time with your order.
